to be 55 or older

and/or

have a resident with a disability

How to Apply

  • Applicants are accepted annually from December 1st - 18th

  • Email your name, age, and/or medical condition to LoveALawn@gmail.com or use the form on this page.

  • Deadline is December 18th

  • Selected family will be chosen and contacted on December 25th
